Clarity Call
You neutral, judgement-free partner to help you think, decide & move.
When your head is crowded, effort gets scattered.
Clarity Calls give you a calm, structured space to brain-dump everything—ideas, problems, decisions—and convert it into a realistic plan you can act on.
No therapy.
No fluff.
Just rigorous listening, sharp questions, and a map of what to do next.
You’ll leave with prioritized actions, time blocks, and checkpoints.
The goal is simple: better decisions, cleaner execution, faster wins.
The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Framework
C — Capture
What it means: Empty your head without judgment. Tasks, ideas, worries, deadlines—everything goes into one trusted “inbox.”
Micro-steps: Set a 10-minute timer. Speak into voice-to-text or list fast. Don’t sort yet.
Example (Jordan, operations manager): “Launch landing page, send tax docs to CPA, declutter bedroom, book dentist, update LinkedIn headline, gym 30 minutes.”
Book your Clarity CallL — Label
What it means: Tag each item by category and ownership so it’s sortable.
Micro-steps: Label with Work / Personal / Finance / Health / Admin and add Owned / Delegable.
Example: “Landing page = Work/Owned. Taxes = Finance/Delegable (CPA). Declutter = Personal/Owned. LinkedIn = Work/Owned. Gym = Health/Owned.”
Book your Clarity CallA — Assess
What it means: Rank by Impact × Effort and consider deadlines, risk, and energy cost.
Micro-steps: High/Medium/Low for impact and effort; mark hard deadlines and risks.
Example: Taxes = high impact/high risk (deadline). Landing page copy = high impact/moderate effort. Gym habit = high impact/low effort. Declutter = medium impact/higher effort.
Book your Clarity CallR — Reframe
What it means: Turn vague stressors into solvable prompts.
Micro-steps: Rewrite each item as a clear action with a concrete outcome.
Example: “Taxes” → “Email CPA with last 3 bank statements + W-2 by 5:00 p.m.” “Landing page” → “Draft 150-word hero + single CTA.” “Declutter” → “30-minute closet sprint; donate 5 items.”
Book your Clarity CallI — Integrate
What it means: Place actions into your real week and attach them to existing routines.
Micro-steps: Slot tasks after anchors (meetings, commute, gym). Add buffers. Use Microsoft Bookings for external time blocks.
Example: Mon 9:00–9:30 “Email CPA.” Tue/Thu 7:00–7:30 “Gym.” Wed 12:00–12:45 “Write landing page hero.” Fri 5:00–5:30 “Closet sprint.”
Book your Clarity CallT — Time-box
What it means: Give each action a fixed start/stop and a Minimum Viable Progress (MVP) target.
Micro-steps: 25–50 minute sprints with a defined output; stop on time.
Example: 45 minutes to produce a first-draft hero + CTA. 15 minutes to collect CPA documents. 30 minutes to clear one closet shelf. MVP is the draft sent—even if not perfect.
Book your Clarity CallY — Yes/No
What it means: Commit to the top three moves and consciously park the rest with a review date.
Micro-steps: Create a “Now” list (max 3). Everything else goes to “Next” with a revisit in 14 days.
Example: Yes: Taxes email, landing page hero+CTA, 30-minute gym block daily. Not now: Full garage clean-out (review on the 15th).
