Designed to be usable. Honest about what is still incomplete.
WCAG 2.1 AA as the baseline. A direct channel to report what is in your way.
Effective 2026-05-17. Sustineri designs this site to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. This page describes what we aim for, what we know is incomplete, and how to tell us if something is in your way.
What we aim for
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our baseline. That includes meaningful page structure, descriptive headings, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigability, descriptive link text, and image alternatives where images carry meaning.
What we know is incomplete
A few areas of the site are still being refined: certain editorial graphics on the Insights pages convey diagnostic ideas visually and rely on the surrounding prose to communicate the same information to non-visual users. We are working through those to add equivalent text descriptions where the graphic is the primary carrier of meaning. If you hit a place where the visual seems to be load-bearing without a text equivalent, please tell us.
How to report an issue
If something on this site is preventing you from getting to information you need, write to accessibility@sustinericonsulting.com. Include the URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology you are using, and what went wrong. We will respond within ten business days and tell you what we can do.
Alternate formats
If you need any content on this site in an alternate format — a Word document instead of a webpage, large print, or a plain-text version — reach the same address. We will send it.
