How it works
The Worker-Side People 404™ Map starts with an intake.
This is a guided mapping process for one person. Before the map is created, Sustineri reviews your role history, current pressure points, transition concerns, AI or workforce exposure, and next-step needs.
The intake helps clarify what you are carrying, where the system around you may be creating pressure, and what options are realistic before recommendations are made.
This is separate from the employer-side People 404™ Diagnostic. The employer-side report diagnoses the organization. The worker-side map focuses on the person’s position inside the system.
